Executive Presentation Skills and Video Coaching

Your ability to connect, influence and impact your organization and investors is a key factor as an executive, thought leader and decision maker.  This program targets your personal communication strengths and hones them for crisp organization and messaging while minimizing traits that may sabotage your leadership.

Executive Presentation Skills begins with pre-program survey to assess your natural communication talents.  Day One starts with a video assessment of your personal presentation skills with observations from your presentations coach.  The principles of the Precision Speaking System™ are then applied to individual presentations, using their own subjects and slide decks.  On Day Two, each executive presents their updated presentation to the group for both peer feedback and professional critique. All comments are videotaped and each participant receives a personal DVD for self study.

Due to the highly interactive structure of this program, participation is limited to a minimum of 5 people and maximum of 10 for Director, VP and General Manager level executives.  C-Suite executives may choose a series of half-day, one-on-one coaching sessions based on a similar format.
